Introducing Crush Inventions

“Crush Inventions” is one of the magnificent and resourceful clubs on the campus of Opoku Ware School. The founder of the club, Kingsley Akwasi Akuoko (King Crush) introduced the club to abet students especially science students to explore in the field of practical science.

The members of Crush Inventions are thought how to repair mobile phones and calculators, how to make both austere and complex devices, and many more. The objective aim of the club is to serve as a medium whereby students can apply all the theories and laws they know in Science into a practical test and also solve some problems using the theories and laws.

At Crush Inventions, we believe in GENIUS. As our motto goes, “A generation with a difference”, we are there to make a difference. Every student has his or her own talent but many students are oblivious or do not know their innate talent. Crush Inventions has come to abet students to know and showcase their talent to the world. Albert Einstein’s aphorism, “ Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration, is the adage we love best at Crush Invention. Consequently, students of Crush Inventions are encourage to study hard, perspire and explore in the field of Practical Science which is the hallmark of very science students especially the prospective engineers.

The best engineering university in the United States, Massachusetts Institute of Technology has the motto, “Mens et Manus” which means Mind and Hand and the direct meaning is that students have to use both the Hand and the Mind so as to achieve great goals. Axiomatically, almost all the science students in our dear nation, Ghana goes contrary to this saying. Science Students of Ghana are using only the mind. They always go to classroom, write lengthy notes full of theories and laws then try to convert everything in their brains without putting any of the theories and laws into practice and yet they call themselves science students. Science is said to be a practical course and that is why in every science school, there is the need to provide a science laboratory. Science Studies of Ghana hardly get the opportunity to find themselves in the laboratory which is very substandard. I know that the world will hardly believe it when I say that there are about ninety percent of Science Students in Ghana who do not even know how some common devices like the resistors, transistors, capacities etc look like.

This is the problem Kingsley Akwasi Akuoku(King Crush), the founder of Crush Inventions, is trying to solve. Crush Inventions is introduced to help every science student at all corners of the World to practically know more and understand the science course. At Crush Inventions, students get the opportunity to see and touch every device such as the resistors, transistors and many more. Students “play” with these devices to create their own devices such as telephones, music box, multiple charges, welcoming devices and many more. The doors all always opened, and we are inviting every student, not only science students, but every student who want to work with HANDS AND MINDS. Students on the soil of OWASS can join Crush Inventions on Campus but if you are not an OWAREAN then this site is for you. Crush Inventions!!!!!!!!
